Building a team is the backbone of the Hands of the Group program. Teams spread the amount of work required between different individuals, get new and creative ideas to improve your drives, and allow other individuals to participate in this rewarding experience.

Tell everyone about your blood drive. We provide you with a variety of tools to help you effectively spread the word to current and prospective donors.

Your company will choose one of these organizations as your financial recipient of choice. The goals you set in conjunction with your Account Executive will be challenging. However, we believe you can achieve this goal, particularly if there is a high level commitment from executive management to empower and support your efforts. For this reason, commitment from executive management is a requirement of the Hands of the Group Challenge.
